I worked as a cellar hand for one of the oldest and most celebrated wineries in Washington State. DeLille specializes in high-end Bordeaux and Rhone blends, earning 500 90+ reviews from top critics and is frequently awarded ‘Wine & Spirits Top 100 Wineries’ and appeared in the ‘Top 100’ Guides of Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.

As a harvest worker I assisted in all harvest and winemaking duties including racking, bottling, topping, sulphur adds, lab work, forklift operation, barrel maintenance, receiving and processing grapes, fermentation management. I also worked events in their new 3-story tasting room.

Vintage Casual – 2020

Hardy’s Tintara is one of the oldest wineries in the prestigious McClaren Vale appellation of South Australia and the premium division of Accolade Wines, the largest wine producer in Australia.

I worked as a vintage casual participating in all aspects of harvest including forklift operation, fermentation management, and processing. I also specialized as the weigh-bridge operator, handling logistics for all grapes coming into the winery as the first point of contact and quality control.
